Jose Carmena and Michel Maharbiz have received a prestigious 2017 McKnight Technological Innovations in Neuroscience Award to further develop "Neural Dust: an ultrasonic, low power, extreme miniature technology for completely wireless and untethered neural recordings in the brain."
